The Perfect Snack / Appetizer 1 jar Sunflower Sweets Jam (choose one)
1 block cream cheese (8 oz) Your favorite crackers (we like Wheat Thins)
A highly scientific snack: open the cream cheese carefully and cut into smaller squares. Place each square on a plate and pour or spoon enough of your favorite jam to cover. Use the crackers to scoop and dip the cream cheese and jam. Yummy!. |

Our Favorite Beans Oil for pan frying - preferably Canola oil 1 medium sweet red onion - diced (although we like to leave some pieces "julienne" cut) 2 large cans (30oz) pork-n-beans (drained with pork removed) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup Original Adam's Rib & BBQ Sauce 1 t liquid smoke
In a large pan or pot, heat about 2 tablespoons (enough to just cover the bottom of the pan) of the oil and add onion. Cook on med-high heat for about 2 minutes until the onions become clear but not brown. Add the beans, sugar, Original Adam's Rib & BBQ Sauce and liquid smoke. Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. Serve hot! |

Plum Rum Turkey Sandwich Prepare a sandwich using a good dense whole wheat bread, turkey slices, tomato and lettuce. Spread Plum Rum Raisin Jam liberally and enjoy! |
Sunflower Sweets at the Ritz Spread small portions of cream cheese on Ritz crackers. Put a spoonful of any Sunflower Sweets jam on top of each cracker and watch them disappear! For a festive display, try Jalapeņo Jelly and Strawberry Jalapeņo on alternating crackers. |
